Zack Ryder is backstage, excited to be Cena's partner. He gets attacked by Miz and Truth, and is unable to tag with Cena.
Awesome Truth vs. John Cena:
What I Liked:
The Miz has become a complete wrestler, with all the tools. His submission holds have progressed, his brawling tactics continue to improve, and his history with acting shows. He has great visuals and body language. Also, the ending was great, as Austin, Texas was a hot crowd throughout. Cena became Super Cena, but it was okay with me here due to the beat down at the end of the match. You hype The Rock's return, and the crowd goes crazy, which is exactly what you want. You anticipate him every time his name is mentioned.
What I Disliked:
The water bottle being used as a weapon. Do we really think a piece of plastic will hurt and knock out Cena? He needs to find something else to use to his advantage. Also, I feel the Miz and Truth song really kills the crowd, as it does not stand out for them. The rapping is okay, but the song is just awful. Also, Laurinitis coming out again. He had to just to give Cena the opportunity to announce his partner, but why not mix it up for him to be backstage? He still says his title each time he comes out. We get it, we know who you are.
