Eric Young vs. Robbie E for the Impact Wrestling TV Title review:
Robbie E works away at Young, pressing him in the ropes and hitting a few body slams. E goes up top and connects with a fist to the face. E tries a cheap cover, but Young gets up and strips down to a Jersey Shore pair of tights. Young goes up top and hits an elbow drop for a two count. Young reverses a suplex and hits a Piledriver for the win. Rob Terry hits a powerbomb post match on Young.
Reaction:
Eric Young, in my mind, is odd. I do not understand the kind of character he is playing. The beard, the gear, it just looks thrown together and scrap pieces. He is a good athlete, but does not have anything special about him. Robbie E is bland, as I feel they are just trying to hold onto his character. I have seen worse, but this match had a few nice spots, but did not make sense Young just taking his shorts off and morphing into his offense. Why? This segment gets a C-.
RVD and Jerry Lynn are in the back. Lynn talks about how much better he is than RVD. RVD hits him in the stomach, as he lies in the bathroom floor.
Velvet sky and Mickie James are in the back. Karen Jarrett comes in the locker room and tells James she has to face Winter in three days for the Knockouts Championship.
