#3.) Jon Moxley
Jon Moxley came to AEW as a very frustrated and angry man. He left his dream job in WWE after years of creative frustration and his body taking a toll on him. Not only was he physically exhausted, but he felt mentally defeated as well and his frustrations were heard on his famous podcast with Chris Jericho.
AEW presented a very different challenge for him and promising creative freedom, he signed on and shocked the world by debuting at Double or Nothing, the company’s inaugural PPV. Since then, he’s been nothing short of fantastic and has risen to the occasion, both in terms of his promos and his in-ring style.
He seems to be enjoying the workplace that offers him freedom in his promos and character and it’s translating to a massive improvement in the ring as well. Moxley has found all that lost passion that he had for wrestling and will continue to skyrocket as AEW’s future top star.
