In the world of WWE, alliances are always temporary and that’s a fact. It’s very rare to see factions or groups stick around together longer than 1-2 years at a time, because the usual objective with regards to tag team break-ups is when there is at least one superstar the company intends to push with a singles run.

Ultimately, these break-ups don’t always work out. For better or worse, WWE finds out that certain superstars are simply better off together and are at their very best when with each other. However, there have been many instances where singles stars have been born out of these break-ups, with usually one member of the former team benefitting more than the other.
