Sasha Banks may now be a part of the tag team division, but it’s safe to say that it would be a real shame if she didn’t challenge for the championships at one point atleast. They have quite a history together, dating all the way back to their incredible Women’s title match at NXT Takeover: Unstoppable 4 years ago.
They did have a small program on the main roster, but it was more like a series of matches and they weren’t given the same opportunity to steal the show like they did in NXT. With it being a completely different time, this is the kind of blockbuster match that could headline SummerSlam and steal the show.
