#2.) Shinsuke Nakamura makes an electric debut
While it’s sad to see Shinsuke Nakamura somewhat whither away from the main roster, one mustn’t forget just how big of a deal his debut was. In 2016, when Nakamura signed with WWE, it was treated as the single most high-profile signing in the company’s history. There was no debut more anticipated than Nakamura, and even before the crowd made its way out, they were chanting for Nakamura.
The moment was perfect, and everything about his debut was perfect. His first NXT match would also be Sami Zayn‘s last, and the two put on one of the greatest matches in NXT history, as they stole the show in one of the most magical performances ever. Nakamura’s debut was nothing short of perfection.
