#3.) Main event regular TV with it
If WWE feels that they don’t have a place to put the US title on PPVs, there’s an alternate solution to it. Make sure that it’s featured heavily on free television like SmackDown Live and have the champion defend and main event a show with it when he does. It’s hard to argue that there’s any bigger match than a title match, so having the champion frequently defend it on free TV will give fans more incentive to tune in and care about the title as well.
