Kurt Angle may be slowing down, but in his mind, he most definitely has not. Even during his tenure as RAW General Manager, Kurt Angle has stated a whole list of opponents that he still wants to face. While he hasn’t mentioned Sabre Jr., they have, in fact, faced off before. It was in Revolution Pro Wrestling and later on, Angle praised Sabre Jr. as a future legend.
Angle may not be the same as 12 years ago, but the fact of the matter is that he can still go. Sabre would have to do most of the work without a doubt, but he’s the right man for the job.
