After being directionless on SmackDown Live for a long time, Ziggler moved to RAW and began pairing with Drew McIntyre, who re-debuted. This turned out to be a major career resurgence for the first time as his status on the card significantly went up. His pairing would even lead to a RAW Tag Team title victory and their first opponents on PPV were Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose.
The four put on a mind-blowing performance that saw 25 minutes of non-stop action. The two teams put it all on the table and in one of the most incredible finishes you’ll see, McIntyre hit Seth Rollins with a Claymore kick, allowing Ziggler to pin him and subsequently retain the titles for them.
