World of Stardom Championship
As the name suggests, the World of Stardom Championship is the company’s top title. Also known as the red belt, this title is deemed the most prestigious championship in STARDOM. Its rich lineage includes the likes of Io Shirai (currently IYO SKY in WWE), Mayu Iwatani, Kairi Hojo (currently Kairi Sane in WWE), and Meiko Satomura. The winner of the annual 5 Star Grand Prix Tournament usually challenges the reigning World of Stardom Champion for her title at the main event spot of STARDOM’s biggest show of the year: Dream Queendom. As the company’s world title, matches for the red belt often main events major shows.
Wonder of Stardom Championship
This championship serves as the company’s secondary world title. It falls behind the World of Stardom title in prestige. However, there are occurrences wherein Wonder of Stardom Championship matches main event major shows as well. The winner of the annual Cinderella Tournament usually challenges the reigning Wonder of Stardom Champion for her title. It is also commonly referred to as the white belt.
Goddesses of Stardom Championship
Tag team wrestling is a joshi wrestling staple. Thus, STARDOM has the Goddesses of Stardom belts for duo tag teams to compete for. The promotion annually holds a Goddesses of Stardom Tag League tournament to determine the title’s Number One Contenders.
Artists of Stardom Championship
STARDOM also has a trios tag team title called the Artists of Stardom belts. As a primarily faction-based promotion, having a trios tag belt allows for interesting combinations of trio teams to unite for a shot at the titles. In recent years, a trios tag tournament known as the Triangle Derby determines Number One Contenders.
Future of Stardom Championship
To celebrate the promotion’s hardworking trainees, the Future of Stardom belt is awarded to the youngest rising stars. To compete for the title, challengers must either be under 20 years of age or have below three years of wrestling experience. A Rookie of Stardom tournament determines its next contender once a year.
High Speed Championship
As the name suggests, the High Speed Championship is defended under fast-paced wrestling rules. While there is no clear definition nor rules of what makes a high speed match, it commonly consists of flash pinfalls, high risk dives, and quick technical sequences. A fun fact about the High Speed title is that current WWE superstar Asuka designed its belt.
