Before the show, several Desire video’s played. Then it was time for Sunday Night Heat.
Sunday Night Heat:
Justin Roberts is your ring announcer.
In the opener, Gene Snitzky defeated Val Venis with a big boot to the face.
Chris Masters defeated ??? (Local Wrestler) with a Full Nelson.
The Hurricane defeated a local worker named Biohazard with a cross body off the top tope.
Muhammad Hassan defeated Rhyno with a Camel Clutch.
One of the above matches (Hurricane/Biohazard or Masrers/??) could have been a dark match.
After RAW went off the air…
They had a tag team match with HBK and Batista against Edge and Triple H. The first 10 minutes were described to me as ‘comedic’ with Earl Hebner, Shawn Michaels, Batista and even Edge calling Triple H a chicken for not wanting to get in the ring to face off with Batista. The match ended when Batista “Batista-Bombed” Triple H. HBK and Batista celebrated while Triple H stumbled up the ramp Ric Flair style.
