AEW Star Praises AJ Styles After ‘Unreal’ Training Session

AJ Styles is making good on his word by helping the future of pro wrestling.

Anthony Ogogo shared the following on Twitter/X, revealing he took part in a training session with WWE Hall of Fame nominee AJ Styles. Ogogo, who is currently signed with AEW, shared a photo and his gratitude for getting to live out his dream of becoming of pro wrestler.

“Last night’s training session with AJ Styles. Unreal. As a kid I had one dream… to compete at the Olympic Games. I chased it, lived it, and came home with a medal. Childhood dream ✔️ What I never imagined was getting to live a second dream. Becoming a professional wrestler and learning from the very people I grew up watching,” Ogogo wrote on Twitter/X.

“Every week I train with legends like Billy Gunn, and nights like this getting extra reps and knowledge from someone like AJ Styles are special. Grateful for the journey. Still learning. Still sharpening the tools, still chasing greatness. Dreams evolve… but the work never stops ??.”

Anthony Ogogo is a former professional boxer who signed with AEW in 2019. After re-signing with the company in 2024, Ogogo joined the Shane Taylor Promotions stable and appeared on AEW and Ring of Honor television. His most recent match in the company was a six-man win with Lee Moriarty and Shane Taylor over The Dark Order’s Alex Reynolds, Evil Uno and John Silver on the November 28, 2025 episode of ROH TV.
