Karrion Kross hopes to be back in WWE. Will it happen, though?
Kross spoke with The Angle podcast’s Joey Karni to promote his new book, Life Is Fighting. Karni released a clip of the interview that saw the pair discuss the uncertainty surrounding Kross’ WWE status. Recent reports suggested that Kross and his wife, Scarlett, had not received offers to renew their contracts from WWE as of last week.
Karni mentioned the rumors on social media about Kross’s status and asked if there’s a chance fans could see Karrion Kross and Scarlett on WWE RAW moving forward. Kross remained optimistic, but said some of the things fans are reading weren’t true.

“I hope so,” Kross said. “I see things being written online, specifically today. A lot of what I read is not true. I’d hate to disappoint people, but I don’t want to bullshit. But, I hope so [that we’ll be back]. I hope we do come back.”
Kross did not clarify what specifically he was talking about. However, he’s likely referring to a new report that was published on Thursday, the same day he recorded with Karni. A new report from F4WOnline.com’s Dave Meltzer claimed that the story about Kross not getting a contract offer yet might have been true earlier this week, but he had heard an offer was made since then.
Karrion Kross and Scarlett appeared at SummerSlam, where Kross lost to Sami Zayn. The match carried a stipulation that said if Kross lost, he would have to admit that Zayn was right. It was expected that Kross and Zayn would have some kind of follow-up on RAW, but Kross did not appear on this week’s show.
