B3CCA: Maki Itoh Has A Unique Energy, I’m Not Sure What Happens At MLW Fury Road

B3CCA is excited to step into the ring with Maki Itoh again at MLW Fury Road.

Major League Wrestling‘s B3CCA recently sat down with WrestleZone’s Managing Editor, Bill Pritchard. When asked about her big match this weekend at MLW Fury Road against Maki Itoh, B3CCA spoke about the unique energy Itoh brings to the ring.

“Yeah, I’m excited. Like I said, she’s wild,” B3CCA said. “I just wrestled her for the first time in singles last week, and it was very fun. She has a very unique energy, and she’s just whacky. There wasn’t as much of an issue in that match because she doesn’t sing her entrance at GCW because she comes out to Nick Gage’s music.

“There was a pizza cutter, and she wasn’t screaming. But I have seen her other places where she sings her entrance, which I also do at MLW, so I’m not really sure what’s gonna happen with that. Possibly some conflict there if that’s how it plays out, but it should be fun.”

B3CCA also spoke about getting her start with Limitless Wrestling in Maine. She talked about Limitless’ great fanbase and how much fun it was even watching events when she was injured.

“One thing that is really special about Limitless is they have a really dedicated fanbase of people who show up to their shows regularly that may not be going to any other indie shows because they live in Maine and there’s not a ton of indie wrestling there,” B3CCA said. “So not to say that they only go to Limitless because it’s in Maine, but to say they have dedicated fans who really care about Limitless and really are invested in all of the people there and watch it regularly and attend the shows regularly. It makes the shows really fun.

“When I was injured, I still went to the Limitless shows and just sat in the back and, my god, it was so much fun. I think I had been robbed of that experience because I started wrestling around the time of the pandemic. So I would work ring crews when I was training, so I never really got that experience. Experiencing that as a Limitless fan in the back was awesome. I think that’s really special.

Limitless Wrestling holds a special place in B3CCA’s heart

“A thought that just occurred to me is I think there’s this trend right now where independent promotions are doing crossover events where they’ll do like Limitless vs. Deadlock or whatever, these kinds of shows. I think Defy is doing one with PROGRESS, and I think those are pretty cool and a way for the audience to expand and see a whole other audience and maybe have even more crossover in the future. So I think that’s something that could be cool.”
