New contenders for the NXT Tag Team Championship will emerge on the October 11 episode of WWE NXT.
WWE has announced that The Dyad will face Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen and Malik Blade and Edris Enofe in a Triple Threat Number One Contender’s Match on Tuesday night. The winners will earn a shot at the champions, Pretty Deadly, who retained the gold against Butch and Ridge Holland of the Brawling Brutes on the October 4 episode.

Edris Enofé & Malik Blade, Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen and The Dyad will throw down in a Triple Threat No. 1 Contenders’ Match for an NXT Tag Team Title opportunity. Elton Prince & Kit Wilson narrowly escaped their showdown with The Brawling Brutes thanks to interference from Imperium. The champions would end their night with all three potential challengers staring daggers at them and putting their reign on notice.

Plus, Alba Fyre’s feud with Toxic Attraction will continue when she faces Jacy Jayne in a singles match. Fyre seemingly kidnapped NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose on the October 4 episode.
