The forbidden door has opened for Will Ospreay and Aussie Open.
On the June 8th AEW Dynamite, Trent Beretta came to the ring and recalled how Great-O-Khan and Jeff Cob cost him their ROH World Tag Team Championship match against FTR on the May 25 episode. FTR came to the ring and pointed out that their assailants were the issue with this situation.
At this point, Will Ospreay made a surprise appearance on the stage. His mere presence served as a distraction for Aussie Open’s Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis to attack the trio already in the ring.
Look who is here at #AEWDynamite! It's the leader of the #UnitedEmpire, @njpwglobal's @WillOspreay, and he's brought reinforcements in #AussieOpen (@kylefletcherpro/@DUNKZILLADavis) & @HenareNZ! #AEWDynamite is LIVE on @TBSNetwork! pic.twitter.com/CBSpgo8gCW

It would seem members of the United Empire will likely have a match at AEW x New Japan: Forbidden Door, but one has yet to be confirmed.
Ospreay is one of NJPW’s top stars, and he is a former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion.
Forbidden Door will feature an interim AEW World Championship match and a four-way to determine the first AEW All-Atlantic Champion.
