Lee Moriarty will get a chance to prove himself against CM Punk on AEW Dynamite.
All Elite Wrestling announced CM Punk versus Lee Moriarty will take place on the Wednesday, December 1 episode of AEW Dynamite. Moriarty posted the following response to the announcement:
“Excited, but more importantly, focused. Only focused on taking the W,” Moriarty wrote.
Punk shared his excitement for the match as well, simply posting a GIF of Bill Murray’s character Ernie McCracken from the 1996 film Kingpin.
Moriarty says he is focused going into the match, and here’s hoping Punk is too. After all, his undefeated streak is on the line and he doesn’t want to pull a Munson on this one.
