Update On Aleister Black, Reportedly Spotted At WWE Performance Center

Aleister Black has been on the shelf ever since he last appeared on the October 12th episode of RAW, when he faced Kevin Owens in a No DQ Match before being drafted to SmackDown. He has yet to make an appearance on the blue brand and there have been some new updates regarding Aleister released within the past week.

Wrestling Observer Radio is reporting that Aleister has been dealing with some ‘minor injuries’ over the past few months. They also reiterated how the higher-ups backstage are not as high on him as Paul Heyman was back when he had control.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider is now reporting that Aleister Black was seen at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida over the last several weeks training for his in-ring return. He could not independently confirm whether or not Black has already been medically returned to return to TV, but at this point, a return doesn’t seem likely until after WrestleMania 37.
