This week on WWE RAW, Nia Jax took on the WWE RAW Women’s Champion, Asuka in a Champion vs. Champion Match. Jax and Shayna Baszler are the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Before the bout, Jax made it clear that she has her sights set on Asuka’s title. Lana, Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose watched at ringside. Asuka was able to use her technical expertise to counter Jax’s power throughout the contest.

Later, Jax tossed Asuka around the ring and began to dominate. After Team RAW began to brawl at ringside, Asuka capitalized and put Jax in the Asuka Lock. However, Baszler attacked Asuka, so the referee disqualified Jax. Team RAW fought in the ring, and the battle ended with Jax slamming Lana through the broadcast table yet again. Jax then told Lana that she doesn’t belong on Team RAW, so she should quit.
