Seth Rollins Calls SummerSlam Triumph His Greatest Victory
After Seth Rollins defeated Brock Lesnar at WWE SummerSlam, the new Universal Champion discussed the victory in a SummerSlam Exclusive. “That took every single ounce of me,” said Rollins. “That’s the Brock Lesnar I wanted, man. That’s the competitor that I wanted in the ring. I need to know how good I am.”
Kofi Says Orton Crossed A Line At SummerSlam
WWE Champion Kofi Kingston didn’t have a comparably triumphant night at WWE SummerSlam. His match with Randy Orton ended in a double countout. Afterwards, the champion attacked Orton. In a SummerSlam Exclusive, Kingston discussed the assault. “It’s one thing, you know, to have beef with somebody but once you start involving families in everything, it just takes it to a whole ‘nother level,” said Kingston. “It’s family first, over everything. Everyone knows how personal this rivalry between me and Randy has been for the last decade. It’s been very intense, you know.”
