Backstage, Joe is going nuts on the referee and Paige. Paige tells Joe to calm down. The referee’s decision is final. Paige tells Joe that he will get a rematch at Super Showdown. Joe demands the match be no DQ. Paige agrees.
Universal Championship Hell in a Cell Match: Roman Reigns (c) vs Braun Strowman (Special Guest Referee Mick Foley)
Strowman rips the Universal title out of Reigns’ hands. Reigns decks Strowman. Strowman sends Reigns into the post. Strowman shoulder checks Reigns off the apron into the cell. Strowman sends Reigns into the cell again. Reigns tries to clothesline Strowman. Strowman shrugs it off. Reigns hits the ropes and knocks Strowman to the outside. Reigns follows Strowman. Strowman pounces Reigns into the cell. Strowman slams Reigns into the ring steps head first over and over again. Strowman picks up the ring steps. Reigns surprises Strowman with the drive by. Reigns hits another. Reigns charges in but Strowman chokeslams him on the ring apron. Reigns hits Strowman with a chair. Strowman runs shoulder first into the ring post while attempting to spear Reigns. Reigns plants Strowman with a DDT. Strowman kicks out at one. Reigns hits multiple Superman Punches. Strowman doesn’t leave his feet. Chokeslam by Strowman. Strowman gets what looks to be a three count but Foley calls it a two count. Strowman gets in Foley’s face. Reigns escapes the running powerslam. Pop up Superman Punch by Reigns. Strowman kicks out. Reigns pulls a table from under the ring. Reigns tries to Spear Strowman on the outside but Strowman hits Reigns in the face with the ring steps. Strowman destroys Reigns with the ring steps.
Reigns kicks out. Strowman yells at Foley. Strowman hits Reigns in the chest with the ring steps. Strowman hits the running powerslam. Reigns kicks out. Strowman sets up a table in the corner. Strowman tries a power slam. Reigns lands a few Superman Punches, then a Spear through the table. Strowman kicks out. Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre run down to the cage. Ambrose and Rollins attacks Ziggler and McIntyre. Ziggler and Rollins both climb the cell. Ziggler and Rollins fight on top of the cell. Rollins tries to powerbomb Ziggler. McIntrye saves Ziggler. Ziggler superkicks Rollins. Ambrose climbs the cage with a kendo stick. Ambrose lands a few hits but McIntyre and Ambrose clothesline each other at the same time. Ziggler starts to climb down. Rollins follows. Rollins and Ziggler fight on the side of the Cell. Ziggler and Rollins both fall off the side of the cage through the two ringside announce desk. Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman walk come to the ring. Lesnar kicks the door off of the cell. Heyman sprays Foley in the eyes with something. Lesnar beats the crap out of Reigns and Strowman with everything he can find. Lesnar F5s Strowman. Lesnar F5s Reigns on top of Strowman. A new referee comes to the ring and calls the match a no contest… for some reason.
Winner- No contest
