Intercontinental Championship Contract Signing
Angle says before we get started Angle has to address the heinous attack Lesnar and Heyman purported on Reigns. Angle isn’t going to suspend Lesnar. Angle wants to see Reigns beat Lesnar’s ass. Lesnar is the worst champion of all time. Ziggler and McIntyre interrupt. Ziggler says we all know Rollins isn’t here so let’s call it now. Angle knows Rollins isn’t coming. Ziggler asks if he has to defend the title at SummerSlam or not. Angle introduces Rollins but nothing happens. Angle tries again but still no Rollins. Ziggler says this is done. Ziggler says he isn’t surprised. Rollins was a great champion but Rollins couldn’t beat them so he quit. McIntyre says they actually respect Rollins but Rollins was the architect of his own downfall. Ziggler adds that Rollins mistake was giving it all for the fans. It’s all meaningless and it means nothing. The second the fans feel slighted they all turn their back. It’s a vicious cycle that will never end because of the fans. The fans left Ziggler during the hard times.
For the first time ever Ziggler has someone who watches his back. Rollins doesn’t care about the fans or stealing the show. Ziggler does whatever he wants. Ziggler demands that Angle hand over the contract so they can make it a Rollins forfeit. Ziggler signs the contract. Rollins music hits. Rollins walks out on the ramp. Rollins says he has actually been here for a while but he wanted to make sure Ziggler signed the contract. Once Ziggler hears what Rollins has to say he isn’t sure Ziggler would still be up for this. Rollins says he knows Ziggler is going to have a psychopath in his corner, Rollins knows he needs to have a lunatic his. Dean Ambrose’s music hits! Ambrose joins Rollins on the stage Ambrose and Rollins rush the ring. Ziggler is dumped out of the ring. Rollins superkicks McIntyre. Ambrose drops McIntyre with Dirty Deeds. Ambrose hands Rollins the contract to sign.
