In Ring Segment: Stephanie McMahon and Triple H
Stephanie says last night was supposed to be their crowning achievement. Because of one man (Kurt Angle) things went horribly wrong. Stephanie says Angle started hallucinating in the ring and saying things that never happened. Turns out Angle didn’t have the flu he has double pneumonia. Of course, Rousey believed it and why wouldn’t she. Even still her actions last night were not acceptable. Stephanie says Rousey did what her training told her to do. Stephanie had to stoop to Rousey’s level. Stephanie had to show Rousey the hierarchy here. Rousey signed her deal so WWE does, in fact, own her Stephanie is going to make sure Angle and Rousey understand their place her. Stephanie says this all has to start with an apology from Angle. Stephanie asks Angle to come out. Rousey’s music hits and she power walls to the ring. Stephanie and Triple H run away. Angle runs out behind Rousey and tries to stop Rousey. Angle says he just wants to tell Rousey one thing. Angle says signing with WWE is the best decision she could make.
Rousey says she meant what she said last night but she has never been smacked in the face before and she refuses to be disrespected. Rousey is nobody’s property. Angle says Rousey needs to work within the system and honestly, he needs this job. Angle says that he lied yesterday. He has no idea what he even said last night. Stephanie and Triple H get back in the ring. Angle apologizes. Stephanie says they just want to make Rousey the superstar she can be. As Triple H and Stephanie try to leave, Rousey says they addressed everything but her slap. Stephanie needs to apologize. If Stephanie doesn’t Rousey won’t hesitate to rip Stephanie arm out of its socket. Stephanie puffs up her chest out and stomps over to Rousey and immediately apologizes. As Stephanie and Triple H leave the ring, Triple H turns around and decks Angle. Angle drops like a sack of bricks. Rousey tries to help Angle up as Stephanie and Triple watch from the stage.
