The two teams start by talking a lot of trash and then throwing a lot of elbows. This is a physical hossfight between two of the literally biggest teams that New Japan has. Both teams get hit with the other tandem’s finisher, and both times the pin is broken. War Machine have been utterly dominant throughout 2017, so their underdog status in this match was a refreshing change of pace and added a thrilling element to the back and forth. After a series of breathtaking, strong-man tandem moves, War Machine hit Fallout to get the win.
