Backstage, Charlie asks Titus O’Neil and Apollo Crews their thoughts on what happened with Samoa Joe last week. O’Neil says Joe is in trouble tonight.

Before O’Neil gets to the ring, Joe tosses Crews off the stage, then puts O’Neil in the Coquina Clutch. Joe puts O’Neil out before the match even starts.

Joe marches to the ring and grabs a microphone. Joe says it doesn’t matter if you are as big and strong as Titus, or as athletic as Crews… Joe will put you down. If anyone wants to prove Joe wrong, come to the ring now. Right on queue, Finn Bálor’s music hits.

Bálor forces Joe into the ropes. Bálor gives Joe a clean break, so of course, Joe kicks Bálor right in the gut. Bálor double legs Joe and lands a double stomp. Joe whips Bálor into the corner. Bálor hops to the outside and kicks Joe in the head. Bálor goes up to but Joe cuts him off. Joe blast Bálor with a running back elbow in the corner, followed by a falling enziguri for a near fall. Joe kicks Bálor in the back, then drops an elbow for another near fall. Joe works a neck vice. Bálor tries to get to his feet. Bálor fights out of it. Bálor floors Joe with a running elbow. Joe surprises Bálor with a big boot. Joe mounts the top rope. Bálor kicks Joe off. Baseball slide by Bálor. Bálor gets on the apron and destroys Joe with a penalty kick. Bálor rolls Joe back into the ring but Joe rolls out of the other side of the ring. Bálor elbows Joe in the face.
