After a short break, Young is tossing Dillinger into the catch. Young grabs Dillinger’s face and rubs it up and down against the cage. Young sits on the top rope and locks in an elevated dragon sleeper on Dillinger. Dillinger tries to fire up. Dillinger goes for a superkick but Young catches Dillinger’ s foot. Young slingshots Dillinger into the cage, but Dillinger lands on the top turnbuckle. Dillinger tries to climb out but Young cuts him off. Dillinger knocks Young off the top rope. Young tries to power bomb Dillinger but Dillinger turns it into the corner 10 punches. Young yanks Dillinger off the top rope and destroys him with a sit-out power bomb for a near fall. Young tries to go out of the cage door but Dillinger stops him. Young tries to climb up the cage, but Dillinger grabs Young by the throat and choke throws him off the top.
After the break, Dillinger is tossing Young into the cage over and over again. Young stands up on the apron. Dillinger superkicks Young into the cage. Young is busted open. Dillinger tries to climb out of the cage, but Young cuts him off once again. Young punches Dillinger off the top of the cage. Young lands an elbow drop off the top of the cage. Dillinger somehow manages to kick out. Young yells at Dillinger. Dillinger picks up Young and hits the Tye breaker. Dillinger starts to crawl to the door. SAnity runs to ringside. Nikki Cross attacks the referee as Dane and Wolfe close the door on Dillinger. Kassius Ohno, Ruby Riot, and Roderick Strong come out and attack SAnity. As Ohno is beating down wolf Dane runs over both of them (and the referee). Young and Dillinger continue to fight in the cage. Wolfe tries to climb the cage but Dillinger throws Young into the cage, knocking Wolfe off. Dillinger climbs the cage, but Wolfe is there waiting for him. Dane gets in the cage and helps up Young. Dillinger leaps off the top of the cage and cross body blocks Young and Dane. As Wolfe climbs into the cage Dillinger crawls out of the door for the win!

After the match, Ohno and Strong put Dillinger on their shoulders as they celebrate.
