WWE Superstar Seth Rollins recently posted an impressive clip online, featuring his latest weightlifting accomplishment – hitting 235 pounds on a snatch lift. That’s an impressive lift for any guy clocking in around 215 pounds, let alone a guy that tore his ACL, MCL and meniscus less than a year ago.
