-NJPW held their annual Dominion PPV, moving from the smaller Bodymaker Coliseum to the 11-12,000 person Osaka-jo Hall, where it’s reported the promotion sold-out the show to see AJ Styles vs. Okada for the IWGP Heavyweight title, Nakamura vs. Goto, Bullet Club vs. The Kingdom and more.
-NJPW also announced the official blocks for this year’s G1 Climax tournament, which kicks off later this month and extends into August.
-Bad news for anyone who was hoping for drama from the ongoing Hulk Hogan/Gawker lawsuit, which was supposed to start up in court this past week. The trial has been indefinitely delayed.
-Dana White had a lot of great things to say about CM Punk this week. He is hopeful we will see the former WWE Champ step into the octagon by early 2016.
–Guardians of the Galaxy 2, which will see Batista reprise his role as Drax the Destroyer, has been officially given a 2017 release window.
