Another Detailed Report For Last Night’s NXT TV Taping Results At Full Sail; Includes *FULL SPOILERS* And Notes For Three Weeks Of Shows

Episode 3 (Airing February 4th)
Announcers: Cory Graves, Rich Brennan, Alex Riley

Carmella (w/ Enzo and Big Cass) def Emma
Carmella wins with a modified leg headscissors submission. Enzo, Cass and Carmella were over huge with the crowd.

NXT #1 Contender’s Tournament Semi-Finals Match
Adrian Neville def Baron Corbin

Neville wins with Red Arrow. The finish saw Bull Dempsey run in from the crowd while the ref was checking on Neville, and Corbin was on the floor. Dempsey slammed Corbin facefirst into the ringpost, and ran back into the crowd and watch from in front of the commentary team. Corbin narrowly beat the ten count in, but Neville hit Red Arrow after Corbin entered the ring and made the cover.

Bayley def Becky Lynch

Bayley wins it with a Bayley-To-Belly slam. Sasha Banks came down to ringside about halfway through the match to support Becky, but looked to get annoyed as the match went on. Banks ended up yelling at Becky and rolled her back in the ring for not going right after Bayley, and Bayley immediately picked Becky up and slammed her for the win. Postmatch, Sasha and Becky get into it, and Becky shoves Sasha down, then Charlotte comes to the ramp and stares them all down.

The next announced tapings are Feb 12th and 18th. Tickets for the Takeover live special and both tapings were made available for purchase by fans in attendance immediately after the taping.

NXT #1 Contender’s Tournament Semi-Finals Match
Finn Bálor def Hideo Itami

Bálor wins after hitting a dropkick that sends Itami’s head into the middle turnbuckle, followed by a top rope double stomp. Itami teased another GTS attempt during the match, then Balor counters that with an inverted DDT attempt before Itami blocks and Balor hits a Pele Kick. This was a really wesome sequence in a great match.

After the Balor/Itami match,  both participants embraced in the ring and played it up for the crowd, then Adrian Neville (who was at commentary) walks over to the ramp, and shakes Balor’s hand.
(Safe to assume the Balor v Neville final is at the Takeover special)
