-Sami Zayn comes out to the ring and rolls footage of last week’s main event match for the NXT Championship. He calls out Adrian Neville because he has something important to say to his face. Neville comes out, still limping. Zayn says that if he can’t win “the big one” then he doesn’t know why he’s still in NXT. He says Neville doesn’t owe him anything, but he asks for one more chance at the title. Zayn announces that if he doesn’t win the title, he is “done”.
Neville says he’ll give Sami a rematch any time he wants one, but that’s not his job. He says they are friends, and there’s mutual respect and admiration. He calls Zayn one of the best in the world and that he doesn’t have anything to prove; Sami gets pissed off and gets in his face, and screams that Neville doesn’t decide what he has to prove, and that the proof is in that title that he supposedly can’t win.
William Regal comes out to the stage and says that Sami is far from being a failure. He announces Adrian Neville vs. Sami Zayn for the NXT title at NXT Takeover: Evolution (a fan screams “Hell in a Cell”…lol). Neville says that he’s not prepared to let his friend put his career on the line, and he doesn’t want to be responsible for ending a dream. Sami says the burden is on him, and if he can’t win the title at Takeover, he will quit.
