Ethan Carter III introduces his new bodyguard and leads him to the ring, and he says he has a weapon of mass destruction behind him and he will destroy the industry. He introduces the former Brodus Clay as Tyrus, then he says he had to make a few cuts to acquire Tyrus, and tells Spud ‘see ya never.’ Ethan says he has a problem with Bully Ray still being in the TNA Hall of Fame, and Bully is responsible for his aunt’s injuries, so he wants him removed. Ethan says it’s funny that the Hall of Fame is more like a list of guys he’s beaten, and Tyrus says it’s true after each name Ethan says. Ethan says he will continue to win and stay undefeated, then Devon comes out and says all he does is talk.
Devon says he sees why Ethan gets his ass kicked, and Ethan’s never beaten him, so he’s going to put Ethan through a table, and he’ll make Tyrus his bitch if he tries anything. Devon makes it to the apron when Bram runs out and hits him with a trash can lid, then he continues to hit him and taunts him as a bunch of referees check on Devon. We get back from a break to see Devon was taken to the back, and Ethan brags about what just happened and calls it a win over Devon. Ethan says he doesn’t want to leave, and he’s undefeated, so he thinks Tyrus will be too after he has his first match in TNA right now. They cut to the back and show Pat Kenney telling Shark Boy he needs to go, then Shark Boy struggles to get up and takes some donuts with him to the ring.
Tyrus (w/ Ethan Carter) vs Shark Boy
Shark Boy hits Tyrus a few times and headbutts him, then he steps on Ethan’s hand and steals his water. Tyrus hits him from behind and punches him in the corner. Tyrus hits a T-Bone suplex and follows it with a running splash for the win.
