Backstage, Team Dixie is arguing over who is taking what percentage of TNA Wrestling after they win tonight's match.
After a video package showing off Ethan Carter III destroying Kurt Angle's knee – or what's left of it – EC3 makes his way down to the ring. There's a group of fans in the front row all with "TROUBLE" signs. EC3 says that he had a dream all his life to face one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, Kurt Angle. The crowd sets in with a "you can't wrestle!" chant, and Carter says he killed Angle's knee with a wrestling move. He announces an open challenge for anybody who wants to compete….and…
BOBBY LASHLEY IS HERE!?
EC3 tells Bobby to leave the ring because he's not on the roster. He tries to take a cheap shot and Lashley ducks, picking him up and slamming him down with a running power slam. He perches himself in the corner and hits a massive spear that turns Carter inside-out.
Backstage, TNA World Heavyweight Champion Magnus wants to address everyone. He says tonight he has to fight in "Joe's Rules", which just proves that once again he has to fight against adversity and do everything himself. He says everyone is talking about what Joe is going to do to him tonight – he wants to know what he's going to do to Joe instead. Something, something, something bow down to the reign of Magnus.
