Damien Sandow vs Zack Ryder
Zack locks up with Sandow and Sandow ducks under the ropes and screams at the ref, then he hits a shoulder tackle but Zack comes back with a hiptoss. Sandow rolls outside and Zack tries to cut him off, then Sandow punches him on the apron and gets a near fall before stomping him. Sandow hits the Elbow of Disdain and puts him in a headlock, then Zack breaks it but Sandow headbutts him and knees him in the face. Zack comes back with a double knee strike, then he hits a flying crossbody and goes for a Broski Boot but Sandow rolls outside. Zack kicks him in the face and brings him back in, then he goes up top but Sandow kicks him and hits a straightjacket neckbreaker for the win.

Kane vs CM Punk (w/ Paul Heyman)
Kane shoves Punk into the corner and ties up with him, then Punk chops him a few times but Kane comes back with a few corner kicks and a hard right hand. Kane sends him into the ropes but Punk kicks him in the face, then he applies a front facelock but Kane throws him onto the top rope. He kicks Punk to the floor as we go to a break, then we get back to see Punk kick Kane in the ribs and throw him outside. Punk sends Kane into the barricade and stomps him in the corner, then he connects with a corner knee strike and follows up with another one. Punk calls for a third but Kane knocks him off his feet, then he whips Punk into the corner and hits a clothesline and a sidewalk slam for two. Kane heads up top and hits a clothesline, then he calls for a chokeslam but Punk counters with a swinging neckbreaker for a near fall.
Punk rolls outside and Heyman counsels him, then Punk tries to springboard back in but Kane catches him and chokeslams him. Heyman interferes and Punk gets his foot on the ropes, then Kane calls for a Tombstone but The Shield shows up in the crowd. Punk uses the distraction to float over and kick Kane, then he lifts him up and hits a GTS for the win. The Shield jumps in the ring and surrounds Punk, but they attack Kane in the corner until Daniel Bryan runs out for the save. They beat up Bryan and throw him outside, but Ryback comes out and beats the hell out of The Shield, then Punk attacks him but Ryback lifts him up and tries to powerbomb him. Reigns spears Ryback to prevent it, then they powerbomb Ryback before heading back through the crowd as Punk raises his title over Ryback.
Winner – CM Punk
