Commercial Break

(9) Alberto del Rio vs. Justin Gabriel

Del Rio takes control early on, grounding Gabriel and landing several kicks to his back. Off the Irish Whip Gabriel throws ADR with a monkey flip, and pounds away in the corner with foreams to the head. Gabriel sends del Rio to the outside and dropkicks him off the ropes. Gabriel rolls his opponent back in the ring, but del Rio takes advantage as upon re-entry. Del Rio works Gabriel's arm, locking in a side armbar several times, adding more pressure until Gabriel was obviously favoring the area. Gabriel works his way out of the hold eventually, and kicks down del Rio until he can hit a moonsault off the second rope. Gabriel misses a splash into the corner and del Rio connects with the step-up kick in the corner, followed by the Cross Armbreaker for the win.

Winner via submission: Alberto del Rio

Paul Heyman introduces us to the WWE Champion, and the cover boy for the upcoming WWE '13 video game. Punk comes out and stands in the middle of the ring as pyro goes off and a giant poster for WWE '13 on XBox 360 fell from the rafters. Heyman calls Punk the greatest WWE Champion in the history of the business. He introduces the first person on Team Punk – after putting him over for about 2 minutes – the Miz! Heyman then introduces Team Rhodes Scholars as the third and fourth members of Team Punk. Heyman says that he wanted to get somebody "big", that could almost be Punk's co-captain, and introduces "for the first time in the English language", Alberto del Rio!

CM Punk takes the micrphone and tells the crowd to "shut up". He says Survivor Series is going to be a celebration, for one year of him being the WWE Champion. His team claps; Alberto del Rio looks pretty sarcastic in his appreciation for his team leader. He says he's going to take a true legend, and put him out of his misery. Punk says that Foley wants his spotlight, and it's going to cost him the last two teeth in his head.

Mick Foley makes his way out, and gets in the ring with all of Team Punk. Foley talks up Punk's WWE Championship reign, saying it's been 344 days, but he does have a problem calling Punk "a man". He brings up Brad Maddox again, and Punk says once again that he had nothing to do with that. Foley says he's got a hell of a team lined up for Surivor Series, and introduces Kofi Kingston. Next up is Kane and Daniel Bryan, Team Hell No! And the final member of Team Foley is none other than "The Viper" Randy Orton.

CM Punk says that Foley is the weak link of his team, but Foley says he's not going to be on the team… Foley says he'll be watching from the sidelines as "this man" does the heavy lifting. Out comes Ryback, and the two teams start a massive brawl in the ring. Punk and Heyman retreat from the ring as the two teams fight, Ryback standing in the middle of the ring as nobody wants anything to do with him. Without their leader, Team Punk falls easily to Team Foley. CM Punk poses with the WWE Championship from the stage. Ryback takes Cody Rhodes down with the Meathook Clothesline, followed by Shell Shock to end tonight's Raw.
