Kane goes up top but Cena dropkicks him in mid air and follows it with a sit out slam, then he hits a Five Knuckle Shuffle and goes for an AA but Kane slides out. He starts to choke Cena and cuts off his air supply, then Kane drags him over to the apron and looks under the ring and pulls out a wheelchair. Kane puts him in the wheelchair and pushes him down the aisle, and Cena starts to wake up so Kane tries to suffocate him again. Cena sends him into the barricade, then throws him into the side of the ambulance before going back and getting the wheelchair. Cena hits Kane in the head with it then puts him in the chair and tells someone to move out of the way then runs it into some equipment.
Kane gets up and hits Cena with a laptop and the wheelchair, but Cena rebounds with a chairshot and they fight through the stands before Kane throws him into a soundboard. Kane tries to whip him towards the ring, but Cena reverses it and sends Kane over the barricade then hits him with a microphone. Cena pulls the announcers table apart and hits him with a monitor, then he takes apart the ring steps and hits Kane in the face with it. He says he wants to have some fun and pulls the other part of the steps over, then picks up the top of it and blasts Kane in the head with it. Cena sets the steps back up in front of the table and puts Kane on his shoulders, then walks up the steps and attempts an Attitude Adjustment. Kane ends up sliding backwards and grabs Cena and chokeslams him through the table, then he falls to the floor and crawls towards the ambulance.
Kane walks over and grabs the stretcher, then pulls it back to ringside and shoves Cena towards it, then he punches a few times and wheels him towards the ambulance. Kane gets Cena into the back and tries to close the doors, but Cena kicks them open then beats Kane on the side of the ambulance and slams his head in the door. Cena opens the front door and slams the door on Kane, then Cena climbs on top of it and Kane follows him up and they trade punches. Kane tries to chokeslam him but Cena counters and sends him down to the floor with an Attitude Adjustment, then he climbs down and pulls Kane towards the back of the ambulance and throws him in the back to win.
