Update: Angle’s Attorney Statement On Blood Alcohol Level

Earlier this week, nydaily.com had a story that claims Kurt Angle was legally drunk with a blood-alcohol level of 0.09 when he was pulled over in Virginia on September 4, 2011. Angle was arrested and charged with DWI.
