After The Match: Kevin Nash Attacks CM Punk
HHH hands Punk the title and Punk celebrates. Punk exits the ring. Cena tells HHH his foot was on the ropes and he missed it Punk is shown celebrating with the title outside the ring. Cena slides out of the ring now and heads to the back. Punk is sitting on the announce table still celebrating with the title. He’s walking around the ring now with the belt. Punk takes his title and rolls back into the ring, where HHH still stands. HHH is clapping his hands for Punk. Punk walking closer and closer to HHH. HHH sticks his hand out to shake Punk’s hand. Punk looks at HHH’s hand. Punk doesn’t shake it, but HHH says “screw it” and simply raises Punk’s hand. HHH claps for Punk one more time and then heads to the back. Punk is left in the ring by himself with the title, now apparently the lone WWE Champion, despite Cena obviously having his foot on the ropes during the pin. No Stephanie McMahon to overturn the decision? Nothing? Cmon. Whoa, back in the ring Kevin FN Nash comes out of nowhere and clotheslines Punk down. Nash then powerbombs Punk. Crowd is going nuts. HHH sees what’s going on and heads back to the ring. Nash exits and leaves through the crowd.
WWE Title: CM Punk (c) vs. Alberto Del Rio
Alberto Del Rio now comes out to the ring with his Money In The Bank briefcase. Punk is still out from the attack by Nash. Del Rio cashes in officially, as the bell sounds. Del Rio hits Punk with a big kick and pins him: 1, 2, 3. We have a new Undisputed (well, I’m sure it’ll be disputed like crazy after all that just went down) Champion — Alberto Del Rio!
