Randy Orton vs Ted DiBiase
The two start slugging it out until Randy Orton hits a clothesline. They tie back up and DiBiase backs Orton into a corner and starts working on his stomach. He sits Randy on top of the turnbuckle and goes up for a superplex, but Orton knocks him off. When Orton gets off, he’s met with a dropkick. DiBiase throws Orton outside and follows. Orton throws DiBiase into the steel post and then rolls him back in the ring. DiBiase quickly rolls back out of the ring for a breather as we cut to a break.
COMMERCIAL
We’re back and Ted DiBiase is in control kicking Orton and working him over on the ground. He connects with a big kick to Orton’s head while Orton is on the ground and goes for a pin attempt, but Orton kicks off at 2. DiBiase applies a headlock and Orton makes it to his feet. He manages to get out, but DiBiase hits a clothesline. Another pin and kickout. The two trade punches, but DiBiase gets the upperhand until Orton counters an irish whip and hits a bodyslam. Orton walks around stomping on every part of DiBiase’s body ending with a knee drop. He then gets down setting up for the RKO until Rhodes comes out and distracts him. DiBiase comes for a quick roll up, but Orton reverses into a pin attempt of his own. Before he can get it, Rhodes comes in and Orton spears him. The ref calls for a disqualification.
WINNER: Randy Orton via Disqualification
After The Match: Rhodes and DiBiase start the attack on Orton, but Orton battles back on both of them. He’s about to hit the delayed DDT on Rhodes, but DiBiase pulls him out of the ring from the outside.
