Arn Anderson is in the back with Josh Mathews and Arn says the footage of the Nexus is hard to watch, and that Steamboat is in bad shape. Sheamus comes up behind him and says to cry him a river. He says Arn used to be The Enforcer, but now he is a pathetic old man. Arn says he know what he used to be, but he knows what it means to have a hostile takeover. He tells Sheamus to put everything aside with Cena and fight for the company. Sheamus says Nexus is smarter than the Four Horseman ever were, because Nexus are smart enough to stay out of his business. Arn tells him he better listen up and join some of the guys in the locker room, because it won’t matter if he is the champion, because he will be the great white shark patrolling an empty mudhole.
R-Truth vs The Miz
Miz comes out mocking Truth’s entrance, and he raps about why he will win MITB. Miz ends with saying he’s awesome and slams the microphone into Truth’s head. Miz works Truth around the outside of the ring and punches him and kicks his arm on the apron. Miz concentrates on Truth’s elbow and slams it down and Truth is reeling in pain as Miz stares blankly from the ring.
Miz asks Truth if it hurts, because that’s what he wanted to happen. Trainers are helping Truth to the back and Miz says he’s glad it hurts, because the truth hurts. He says the same thing will happen to everyone he steps in the ring with, and that’s the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, because he’s the Miz, and he’s awesome.
