It appears some NXT Superstars will make the jump to the WWE main roster sooner rather than later.
Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio (via F4WOnline.com), Bryan Alvarez reported that several stars from WWE’s third brand are expected to join the main roster in the “next month or so.”
While the report didn’t confirm any names, it mentioned major NXT talents such as Oba Femi, Trick Williams, Jordynne Grace, Tony D’Angelo, and Ricky Saints as potential call-ups.
It is worth noting that most of these names have already appeared on the main roster at some point — especially Jordynne Grace, who made her WWE in-ring debut at the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble before officially signing with the company in 2025.
TNA star officially added to WWE NXT roster
Former TNA World Champion Joe Hendry officially joined the NXT roster last month. Hendry’s signing was first reported by Fightful after initial reports suggested he was being phased out of iMPACT to work Tuesday nights.
TNA President Carlos Silva confirmed Hendry’s full-time move to WWE during a recent interview with WrestleZone Managing Editor Bill Pritchard, explaining the process that facilitated Joe’s transition to the sports entertainment juggernaut.
“Yeah, you know, the way it works is it works as part of our partnership,” he said. “You know, Joe — we were really happy with Joe. I mean, the amount of buzz that TNA received when Joe ran into WrestleMania as the guest wrestler against Randy Orton was amazing. The pop he got inside the arena in Las Vegas was insane. I was there. It was great.
“We worked through it. We’re partners, and good partnerships are give and take on both sides. That’s really how we worked through it over the summer and even as we got into the fall with the transition with Joe.”
