Retromania Wrestling’s planned DLC release for the Nintendo Switch is being delayed.
In a recent post on social media, Retrosoft Studio, the company behind the game, made the announcement. They said the DLC was still “at least a week away,” and attributed the issue with discovering an issue with connecting controllers.
“We’re still at least a week away. We ran into another issue with connecting controllers when changing from handheld to TV and vice versa,” read the announcement. “This slipped past us, and we’re more disappointed than anyone for the extended delay. We worked tirelessly on Sunday to address this and should be pushing an updated build to Nintendo today.”
Retromania Wrestling is a wrestling game created as an homage to the classic arcade games of old. The game features a variety of modes, including a story mode led by real-life wrestler John Morrison, who plays the character Johnny Retro. The next DLC release is set to include a number of real-life legendary figures. These include Randy Savage, Demolition, Magnum TA, and the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express.
