Another AEW star has signed a new long-term contract to remain with the company.
Last week, it was revealed that AEW has signed TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher to a new long-term deal with the company. Now another star has joined in on the contract fun.
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), “Daddy Magic” Matt Menard has signed a new long-term contract to remain with AEW.
His original contract was set to expire around All In: Texas, but both sides agreed on an extension.
Menard’s new contract is five years in length, which puts him with the company until the summer of 2030.
Despite not competing as much in the ring this year as he has in the past, Menard has become a regular on commentary in recent years for matches featuring Daniel Garcia.
Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on Menard’s new deal as it becomes available.
