We have an update on AEW‘s future plans for their video games after the release of Fight Forever in 2023.
Despite promising DLC support for a long time, AEW Fight Forever hasn’t had a DLC release since the addition of Jay White in July 2024.
While rumblings have been persistent over the last year in terms of All Elite Wrestling continuing to make plans for future console games, we now have an update on their strategy.
According to Mike Straw of Insider Gaming, things have been picking up as of late behind the scenes for AEW Games, but unlike last time, the company is making sure nothing will be announced too early, tweeting out:
“I can tell you, talks have picked up more on the AEW games front. What they won’t do, however, is announce anything too early this time. They know that was a mistake. When a new game/update comes, it will be closer to its planned release,” Mike Straw said in a post.
Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more on the future of AEW Games as it becomes available.
