D-Von Dudley Addresses His Potential In-Ring Return

D-Von Dudley ponders one more match.

In September 2023, D-Von Dudley marked his in-ring return when he and Bully Ray defeated Champagne Singh and Rohit Raju on TNA’s 1000th episode of Impact. Since then, the multi-time tag champion has wrestled on two other occasions, with the latest taking place at International Wrestling Cartel in April 2024. During a recent interview with Wrestling Life, D-Von addressed the idea of him returning to the ring once more.

While he isn’t completely certain on what the future holds, D-Von noted that he isn’t ruling out the possibility.

“Here’s what I’m gonna tell you — every time you do one match, you say ‘one more match,’ and then they the fans are going ‘one more match’ after that. They’re not gonna stop until you’re in the grave. But I don’t know. I’m not gonna say never. There are some talks about things happening, whether it’s here in the [United] States or even over abroad in Japan. It’s just talks, that’s it. Nothing is being etched in stone or anything like that.

“… I’m going on record and saying, don’t say that there’s another match coming up somewhere. I’m saying that there were rumblings and talks about it.”

Last month, Bully Ray teamed up with NXT Champion Trick Williams on a special NXT episode emanating from the old ECW Arena. Despite losing, Ray and Williams ultimately got the last laugh as they, with the help of D-Von, set up a table and drove Ethan Page through it.
