In-Ring Segment: Sami Zayn
Zayn hopes the barricade and grabs a mic. He isn’t here to take over the show, but he has something he needs to say to someone in the back. Zayn asks Cody Rhodes to join him in the ring. Rhodes joins him in the ring and welcomes him to Raw. Rhodes asks what Zayn wants to talk about. Zayn notes the conversation Rhodes had with Paul Heyman in the ring last week. Zayn says something Rhodes said has been playing in his mind all week. When Rhodes said, it’s looking more and more each week like he will be facing Zayn at WrestleMania.
Zayn wants to know if that was just lip service or if Rhodes meant it. Rhodes says he doesn’t have the time or energy to B.S. Zayn. He meant what he said. Respectfully, Rhodes doesn’t think that is what this is about. It’s about what Zayn believes. Does he believe he can beat Roman Reigns? Zayn says the truth is he doesn’t know. He has been in the trenches with the Bloodline. He knows them, he’s seen it, they always find a way. Reigns is as good as he says he is. Zayn has seen people bigger and stronger than him try and fail.

He’s supposed to believe after everything he’s seen, he thinks he can beat Reigns. Is he capable or worthy, yes, he believes that. He had to believe that. If he doesn’t, no one else will. If the question is will he win at Elimination Chamber? He just doesn’t know. Rhodes says these people seem to know. His hometown of Montreal will know. Rhodes notes that there are cracks in the armor because of Zayn. This awesome moment in time that we are all here for is because of Zayn.
You may say Roman Reigns is in God Mode, but he’s just a man. When he won the Royal Rumble, Michael Cole said he needs to finish the story. Rhodes will finish his story at WrestleMania. Zayn needs to finish his at Elimination Chamber. Rhodes starts to leave and says one more thing. He doesn’t want to see Zayn on Raw next week. He wants to see Zayn at WrestleMania.

After Rhodes walks in on Baron Corbin speaking ill of his father and brother, he attacks him from behind. As Rhodes is beating Corbin out to the ring, he yells for a referee. Rhodes is still in his suit. The two fight to the ring, and the bell rings.
Cody Rhodes vs. Baron Corbin
Rhodes lands a dive. The fight spills out of the ring. Rhodes sends Corbin into the ring steps. Rhodes sends Corbin back into the ring and hits a Cody Cutter. Corbin stumbles to his feet. Rhodes hits Crossroads for the win.
Winner- Cody Rhodes
Raquel Rodriguez, Natalya, and Liv Morgan vs. Nikki Cross, Asuka, and Carmella
Rodriguez tosses Cross all over the ring. Carmella tags in and wants Natalya. Natalya tags in and immediately slaps on the Sharpshooter. Cross breaks it up. Rodriguez, Natalya, and Morgan clear the ring. After the break, Natalya is being worked over by the Raw contingent. Natalya manages to tag in Morgan, who lands a flurry of offense on Cross.

Cross tags in Asuka, who unloads on Morgan with a series of strikes. Pop-up knee by Asuka. Natalya breaks up the pin. Carmella tries a crossbody off the top but is caught by Rodriguez. Cross jumps on Rodriguez’s back. Asuka kicks Rodriguez in the head. Asuka lays out everyone in the ring with head kicks, including all of her partners. Morgan walks right into a flying Rings of Saturn by Asuka. Morgan taps out.

Bronson Reed vs. Mustafa Ali
Ali tries to chop Reed but hurts his hand in the process. Ali tries to run the ropes, but Reed floors him with a body block. Reed runs into a boot from Ali. Ali dropkicks Reed in the knee. Reed back body drops Ali over the top rope. Reed lands a diving shoulder block off the apron. Ali is sent back into the ring. As Reed tries to get back in, Ali dropkicks him off the apron. Ali dives off the apron but is caught by Reed.

Reed tosses Ali into the timekeeper’s area onto a bunch of chairs. Reed drags what’s left of Ali back into the ring. Ali grabs Reed’s leg. Reed tries a powerbomb, but Ali flips out of it. Satellite DDT by Ali. Reed kicks out at one. Ali tries a rolling X-Factor, but Reed counters with a lariat that turns him inside out. Reed flattens Ali with the Tsunami for the win.
