Prichard, the Executive Director of SmackDown and RAW, announced that he tore his rotator cuff on the latest episode of Something To Wrestle, Prichard announced that he tore his rotator cuff, and he needs surgery. It’s unclear whether he’ll have to step away from his duties during his recovery.
