Mustafa Ali Specifies Certain WWE Talent Are Not ‘Underrated,’ But ‘Underutilized’

Much like “buried” in wrestling, “underrated” has been one of the most well-worn words in the business of the one true sport and Mustafa Ali aimed to use more accurate terminology when defining some current WWE talent.
