Big E is ringside laying on a couch in a Ghostbusters sweater and snacks to watch the next match.
Apollo Crews vs. Sami Zayn
Crews is all over Zayn. Zayn is dumped out of the ring. Crews hits a moonsault off the announce desk. Zayn slams Crews head into the desk. Zayn gets a near fall. Zayn dives off the top but Crews moves out of the way and hits a German suplex. Zayn rolls up Crews with a hand full of tights. The referee sees it and stops the count. Crews rolls up Zayn with a hand full of tights for the win.
Winner- Apollo Crews
Zayn yells about this being a conspiracy. Zayn yells at his filming crew. Crews takes Big E’s IC Title. Big E gets up and they have a standoff. Crews tosses the belt at Big E and tells him to take care of that for him. Big E says it will never be Crews’.
Contract Signing
Reigns, Uso, and Heyman are in the ring waiting for Pearce. Pearce slowly walks to the ring. Reigns tells Pearce to have a seat. Heyman tries to give Reigns a chair. Reigns says he wants the one Pearce is sitting in. Uso forces Pearce out of the chair. Pearce signs the contract. Reigns signs it next. Pearce says he’s waited all night for Reigns to sign the contract. Reigns and everyone else looks concerned. Pearce starts to walk up the ramp. Pearce knee buckles. Pearce limps to the stage. Pearce turns around and says his knee has been bothering him all day. It’s an old injury and Pearce doesn’t know if he’ll be medically cleared to wrestle at the Royal Rumble. Pearce reminds everyone that all match contracts say the card is subject to change. Not to worry, as a WWE Official Pearce can name a suitable replacement. Pearce just happens to have one ready. Kevin Owens’ music hits. Owens struts down the ramp with a huge smile on his face. Owens signs the contract. Reigns is seething in the ring.
