Backstage, Randy Orton says Edge was right when he said he doesn’t really care about wrestling. Orton is going to drop Edge with an RKO.
In-Ring Segment: Charlotte Flair
Flair gives Rhea Ripley and Io Shirai props for being great. Flair wants the women wrestlers in the crowd to be the next Ripley or Shirai… Just so she can make them all bow down. Asuka interrupts because thank god.
NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair vs. RAW Women’s Champion Asuka
After a strike exchange, Asuka pushes Flair. Flair pushes Asuka. Flair kicks Asuka in the chest. Flair lights Asuka up with a few chops. Flair starts to work over Asuka’s leg. Asuka manages to superkick Flair as she is charging in. Asuka catches Flair with a shining wizard. Asuka misses a dropkick off the top. Flair tries Natural Selection but Asuka reverses it into an armbar. Flair counters and hits a German suplex. Flair hits the ropes and runs into a flying armbar by Asuka. Flair escapes with a powerbomb. Asuka kicks out. Flair dumps Asuka out of the ring. Jax walks out on the ramp to Asuka’s music wearing one of Asuka’s mask and face paint. Asuka is counted out. Jax clotheslines Asuka.
Winner- Charlotte Flair
Backstage, Lana says her husband asked her not to come out for his matches… but he didn’t say anything about MVP’s matches.
MVP w/Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre
Before the match starts, Lana walks down to the ring. McIntyre beats MVP into the corner. McIntyre floors MVP with a clothesline. MVP stumbles to his feet. McIntyre headbutts MVP. MVP falls out of the ring. MVP pushes McIntyre into the plexiglass. Running boot by MVP. McIntyre responds with a boot of his own. McIntyre calls for the Claymore. Lashley pulls MVP out of the ring. McIntyre lands a senton over the top that flattens MVP and Lashley. McIntyre drops MVP with the Claymore for the win.
As soon as the bell rings, Lashley puts McIntyre in the full nelson.
