In-Ring Segment: The IIconics
Peyton Royce tries to apologize to Billie Kay for losing the title match last week. Kay cuts Royce off and says that she’s sorry for slapping her last week. They both note they have done everything together. They never got a chance to defend their titles. They are sick of seeing Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross with their titles. Bliss and Cross interrupt. Bliss says they have had every opportunity in the world and they blew it.
Cross tries to speak but Kay tells her that she doesn’t get to talk. Kay tells Cross to just stand there and be grateful. Cross goes off and says she has taken the same steps Bliss has to get to these titles. Cross said Royce and Kay always had each other but Cross did it alone until Bliss came along. The IIconics attack Bliss and Cross. Kay tosses Cross into a spin kick by Royce. Kay and Royce toss Bliss into the ring post. Royce and Kay drop Cross with their finisher.
The VIP Lounge
MVP refers to his guest as the “Soon-to-be former”WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre. McIntyre gets in the ring and tosses all of the furniture out of the ring. McIntyre asks MVP where Bobby Lashley is. MVP says Lashley isn’t going to put McIntyre in the full nelson tonight. MVP asks McIntyre if he remembers when he offered to lead McIntyre to the top of the WWE. MVP says McIntyre repaid him with a Claymore KICK. MVP says as he laid on the mat he thought to himself McIntyre is going to be WWE Champion.
